If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr Buyer Direct located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct theJr Buyer Direct is responsible for procuring direct materials and components to support production requirements, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and supplier compliance with delivery, quality, and cost expectations.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCreate, maintain, and follow up on purchase orders based on production demands and MRP outputs.\nMonitor supplier deliveries, order confirmations, and shipment status to prevent material shortages.\nManage supplier relationships and support cost, quality, and delivery performance.\nReview inventory levels, shortages, and excess material to ensure optimal stock management.\nCoordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production teams to resolve material issues.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.\nMaintain procurement records, reports, and purchasing documentation.\nSupport invoice reconciliation, supplier claims, and debit/credit resolutions.\nParticipate in supplier reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or similar.\nJr experience in a similar position.\nIntermediate- advanced English (spoken and written).\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nKJ12\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
