If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management located in Pune.\nWhat a typical day looks like :\nCreates, implements and finalizes engineering change orders (ECO's) and makes system changes.\nPerforms file maintenance of BOM’s, parts drawings, ECO’s, process alerts and other customer documents.\nCoordinates ECO status with customer and implements cost changes and effective dates.\nEnsures projects are in compliance with document control policies and procedures.\nEnsures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports and distribution.\nManages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.\nResponsible for interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nMinimum 0- 2 years of experience as a in a Manufacturing set up, preferably in EMS industry\nB.E Electronics and Communication Engineering / EEE / Electronics\nKnowledge of MS office and MS outlook\nSound Knowledge on technical subject.\nGood written and oral communication skills\nVery Good analytical and logical reasoning skills\nGood Attitude\nReady to work in night shifts.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nBB04\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
