The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing export documentation, supporting customs clearance activities, monitoring shipments, verifying shipment and customs data, and cooperating with customs agencies, carriers, and internal stakeholders.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupport export and customs clearance activities in compliance with internal procedures and customs regulations.\nMaintain accurate shipment and customs documentation in company systems.\nMonitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.\nCommunicate with carriers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.\nAssist in resolving customs, transportation and documentation issues under the guidance of senior team members.\nCooperate with Logistics, Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure timely shipment execution and documentation compliance\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nSome previous experience in logistics is mandatory.\nExperience in export and/or customs operations will be an advantage.\nGood Polish and Communicative English (B1/B2 level)\nBasic knowledge of MS Excel.\nStrong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.\nWillingness to learn export, customs, and trade compliance processes as well as new operational systems.\nEligibility to work in Poland.\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
