If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nPerforms set-up of processing equipment. \nMonitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. \nProcesses test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. \nProvides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.\nLine change configuration.\nPerforms corrective maintenance.\nFollows escalation procedures.\nEducation / Experience\nTypically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 6+ years of related experience.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nAs a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.\nScope / Impact\nMay direct other employees; in some sites, functions as a working supervisor with large scope of responsibility. Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department Moderate impact.\nDecision Making / Discretion\nDetermines quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments. Decisions may affect department/ function.\nSupervision / Leadership\nActs independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often leads or supervises the activities of other nonexempt personnel.\nWork Environment:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion.
