If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add anLead Inventory Coordinator in USA Fontana, Ca.\nReport to the Production Manager, Lead Inventory Coordinator, is responsible for overseeing the inventory process and leading a team of employees in completing assigned tasks within the manufacturing plant.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOversees the work of assigned team employees.\nAssists with training new department personnel.\nAssists team members with technical issues or problems with given assignments.\nRequest SKU creation, SKU updates, SKU edits, and SKU deactivation/reactivation for items within the ERP System.\nRun reports in the ERP System to identify and resolve open and past due orders and pick lists.\nIdentify any material issues to minimize any disruptions in getting stock transfer orders complete .\nHandle all damaged material and items; turn information over to receiving department for RMA process.\nOversee KPI’s for the department.\nComplete audits for department on various transactions including Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Cycle Counts, and Pick Lists.\nMake suggestions for improvement to inventory processes; update work instructions as needed\nAccurately pull and stage material for manufacturing jobs according to bill of materials and work orders, as needed.\nConduct physical inventory counts and verify quantities to maintain proper stock levels; document and adjust discrepancies within ERP system, as needed.\nComplete other related duties as assigned.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nAt least 4 years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related field.\nPrior experience in effectively leading a team of employees preferred.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them, when appropriate.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented skills.\nSolid organizational and time management skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nFamiliar with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP system.\nAbility to operate powered equipment including forklifts and scissor lifts\nWhat the physical requirements are:\nPeriods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk using a computer\nMust be able to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds at a time.\nMust wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor\nGB02\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
