If this sounds interesting, we’d like to meet you.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Legal Counsel located in Bielsko-Biala or Tczew, Poland.\nReporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, the Legal Counsel will provide dedicated legal support in Poland while collaborating closely with business leaders and legal colleagues across the wider EMEA region. This role offers broad exposure to commercial contracting, procurement, employment law, trade compliance, and strategic business initiatives, providing the opportunity to become a trusted advisor in a dynamic international environment.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nNegotiate, review and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supplier, procurement, service and customer-facing contracts.\nPartner with procurement, operations, supply chain, HR and leadership teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that supports strategic objectives.\nAdvise stakeholders on contract structuring, risk allocation, compliance requirements and commercial negotiations to ensure balanced business outcomes.\nIdentify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while enabling efficient business decision-making and operational continuity.\nProvide legal support on employment and labor law matters, working closely with HR and business leaders across Poland.\nSupport Global Trade Compliance activities, including import/export regulations, compliance initiatives, investigations and internal policies.\nCollaborate with legal colleagues across EMEA, the US and India on cross-border legal projects, strategic initiatives and complex contracting matters.\nBuild trusted relationships with business stakeholders and act as a strategic legal advisor to leadership teams in Poland.\nDevelop and improve legal processes, contract templates, governance practices and compliance procedures to drive operational excellence.\nLeverage Legal AI solutions, technology and data-driven tools to enhance legal service delivery, contract lifecycle management and commercial decision-making.\nWork across borders, cultures and time zones, balancing legal governance with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nLaw degree and qualification to practice law in Poland.\nAt least 3 years of experience in commercial law, contract drafting, review and negotiation, preferably gained in-house or supporting multinational organizations\nAbility to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business model\nWell-organized and detail oriented with an outstanding work ethic\nAble to independently manage and successfully prioritize projects to meet deadlines\nStrong sense of ownership and proactive approach to provide business friendly solutions and improve processes \nAdvanced functional, technical and process management skills\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team\nSubstantive support in the process of adaptation\nParticipation in projects of international scope\nSocial package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card)\nAS108\nJob Category\nLegalAnord Mardix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
