This role requires a strong understanding of cooling technologies, collaborative problem-solving skills, and the ability to innovate within the rapidly evolving landscape of thermal management solutions.\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop and design efficient liquid cooling systems for various applications.\nImplement thermal management strategies to optimize performance.\nConduct analysis of thermal data and system performance.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cooling solutions.\nHold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs)\nMonitor system performance and apply improvements as necessary.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices.\nTest and evaluate cooling systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.\nSupport the development of project specifications and scope.\nCreate documentation for design processes, best practices and system specifications.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of cooling technologies and trends.\nDesign, execute, and analyze experimental setups to validate thermal models and cooling system performance.\nCoaching and mentoring engineering and sites on liquid cooling technologies and its implementation.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering.\n4-5 years of experience modelling liquid cooling or equivalent\nSystem Integration processes and Liquid Cooling infrastructure\nExperience in NPI, New Product launch, automation, and process management\nManufacturing supporting NPI and Product Transfers\n30% traveling availability.\nData Center Cooling Systems, DFMEA and DFM. preferred\nCDF modelling liquid cooling. preferred\nHigh-density liquid cooling (HDLC) system design preferred\nEA42\nSS26\nAA01\nCH12\nMS14\nCC11\nEC37\nPF38\nJS21\nNV60\nFL75\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
