If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a LV Switchgear Assembler located in Dallas, Texas.\nReporting to the Production Manager, the LV Switchgear Assembler role is responsible for prepping wiring subassemblies for our switchgear projects.\nShift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nRead and interpret work orders, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and prints to manufacture wiring subassemblies for relay and control panels\nCrimp, strip, cut, pull, and bundle wiring according to plans\nEnsure wiring is properly labeled and marked\nConnect cut wires to components, and routing the wire and cables in an orderly fashion\nEnsure quality workmanship of all wires and components\nMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area\nComplete other duties as assigned\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n1-2 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical components OR completion of a technical vocational program\nStrong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately\nKnowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management\nReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams\nBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements\nBasic understanding of tools (ex.
