If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Data & Analytics Co-Op located in our Libertyville, IL site.\nReporting toProcess & Automation Engineering Team, the student will support manufacturing data analysis, OEE tracking, dashboard development, and SPC charting across molding and coiling operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop Power BI dashboards for OEE, downtime, scrap, and cycle time\nWrite SQL queries to extract production data\nUse Python for data analysis and automation scripts\nCreate and maintain SPC charts (X-bar, R, Cpk analysis)\nSupport coiler data collection integration\nAssist with predictive maintenance analytics initiatives\nAttend team meetings to support project work as needed\nStudent qualities we’re seeking for this Co-Op assignment:\nJunior/Senior student pursuing Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering major\nProficiency in Python for data analysis and automation\nStrong SQL skills for data extraction\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboards\nBasic knowledge of statistics\nUnderstanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap, cycle time)\nExposure to data collection and predictive maintenance concepts\nPrevious manufacturing internship experience a plus!\nCo-Op Program Requirements:\nAbility to work 40 hours/week (in person) during the Spring 2027 co-op assignment\nCurrently enrolled in 4-year accredited university\n3.0 GPA\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
