This role supports manufacturing operations by performing a variety of technical and production-related activities. This role works closely with engineering teams to assist with equipment setup, process improvements, product testing, and manufacturing experiments. The Manufacturing Technician helps ensure products meet quality standards while supporting efficient and continuous production operations.\nSchedule - 0200p-1030p Monday - Friday (5% Shift Diff)\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nSupport engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and process validation activities.\nAssist in conducting manufacturing experiments, trials, and process improvement initiatives.\nPerform rework, inspection, and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies, and finished products.\nCollect, analyze, and evaluate operational data using specialized software and manufacturing systems.\nMake on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment based on data analysis and established procedures.\nMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.\nAssist in identifying manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.\nSupport the development and improvement of manufacturing methods, procedures, and work instructions.\nMaintain accurate production, testing, and process documentation.\nFollow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while performing assigned duties.\nWorks with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks. \nWorks with engineers in conducting experiments. \nPerforms rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. \nUses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. \nDetermines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. \nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.\n1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and technical documents.\nFamiliarity with quality inspection and testing methodologies.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with computer systems and data collection software.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
