If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in South Campus.\nReporting to the Production Planning Manager the Master Scheduler’s role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCreate daily production schedules \nSupervise that deadlines are met. \nEnsure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization \nLiaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management \nWork closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues. \nPlan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime \nEnsure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials \nDevelop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization \nWork closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage. \nUse knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues \nProvide training to staff members as required \nReport key metrics as required \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree\nExperience in Production Planning and Production Control.\nStrong knowledge of production plans and production order management.\nExperience with NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.\nAbility to ensure production requirements and material availability are met.\nMonitor Days of Supply (DOS) and inventory levels.\nExperience with cycle count planning and inventory control.\nAbility to identify, escalate, and resolve production planning issues.\nCross-functional communication with Manufacturing, Materials, and Supply Chain teams.\nParticipation in continuous improvement initiatives.\n Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.\n Intermediate English proficiency.\n Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nPantry vouchers\nSaving Fund\nChristmas bonus\nHoliday bonus\nMedical Insurance\nLife Insurance\nOC16\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
