If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nSummary:\nThe “Master Scheduler ” will be based in Orangeburg, SC reporting to Willian Jeronymo.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nIn this role, you will be responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nCreate daily production schedules.\nSupervise that deadlines are met.\nEnsure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.\nLiaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.\nWork closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.\nPlan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.\nEnsure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.\nDevelop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.\nWork closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.\nUse knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.\nProvide training to staff members as required.\nReport key metrics as required.\nQualifications:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree, preference in Engineering or equivalent.\nTypically require a minimum of 7 years of related experience.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
