If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Site.\nThe Master Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCreate daily production schedules\nSupervise that deadlines are met.\nEnsure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization\nLiaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management\nWork closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.\nPlan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime\nEnsure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials\nDevelop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization\nWork closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.\nUse knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues\nProvide training to staff members as required\nReport key metrics as required\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, \nAdvanced experience in the position \nAdvanced English (written and spoken)\nKnowledge of production floor planning.\nMonitoring the production plan on the production floor\nStrong knowledge in MRP.\nAdvanced Excel.\nExperience in NPI.\nSchedule availability\nWork under pressure.\nOrganized\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nGR66\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
