The role partners with production, warehouse, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to ensure efficient material flow and inventory accuracy.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory Control\nMonitor inventory accuracy and maintain optimal inventory levels.\nConduct inventory analysis and drive inventory reduction initiatives.\nManage non-nettable inventory and aging inventory reviews.\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory control activities.\nCoordinate cycle count programs and inventory reconciliation.\nMaterial Execution & Operations\nManage urgent material shortages and production support activities.\nCoordinate material transfers between sites.\nDrive excess inventory balancing across manufacturing locations.\nSupport work order maintenance and material transaction accuracy.\nMaterial Lifecycle Management\nManage material disposition related to ECO, MCN, and deviations.\nCoordinate MRB material disposition and resolution.\nManage shelf-life controlled materials, baking requirements, and solderability testing.\nSupport quality-related material reviews and corrective actions.\nSupply Chain Analysis\nPerform PR and AR analysis to support material planning decisions.\nReview aging inventory and implement disposition plans.\nProvide recommendations to improve inventory turns and reduce excess material.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.\nSupport continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.\nExperience\n3+ years of experience in material control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain execution.\nExperience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment preferred.\nLanguage Skills\nFluent English.\nBusiness-level Korean TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred.\nMandarin Chinese is a plus.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems (BAAN ,SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nKnowledge of inventory control principles and supply chain processes.\nFamiliarity with ECO, MRB, and inventory management processes.\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nDetail-oriented with high accuracy.\nExcellent communication and coordination abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Experience for Both Positions\nEMS industry experience (Flex, Jabil, Plexus, Celestica, Sanmina, Benchmark, etc.).\nSemiconductor, PCB, MLCC, and electronic component supply chain knowledge.\nExperience supporting multinational customers.\nFamiliarity with shortage management, inventory optimization, and supply chain digitalization tools.\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
