If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Juarez, South Site.\nReporting to the Production Planning Manager the Material Planning Analyst’s role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAssists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data.\nMay assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data.\nCollects, compiles, and presents various types of data.\nPrepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.\nMay create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection.\nAudits data. Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.\nProactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.\nWhere applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.\nTracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.\nDaily review of RMA transactions.\nCreate weekly purchase orders including all client parts.\nReceive data entry for clients.\nUpdate content list and item master.\nPrepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing.\nWindow to client material (consigned parts) supply.\nWindow to client bulk RMA service.\nSpecialized Job may be required for certain positions. These could include one or more of the following duties: May hold up inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling.\nDevelop commodity spend profiles/breaks-downs: guide time profiling, inventory positioning, and site execution to price.\nEstablish common pricing research tools.\nProvide detailed bill of materials research by site.\nPerform general reporting and activities for score carding of suppliers.\nValidate site pricing through implementation of a common cost review and pricing process.\nAssist in the supply chain transfer and risk management for NPI.\nProvide PPV targeting, tracking and asset velocity.\nDesign, manage and control all data research tools\nThe experience we're looking to add to our team:\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.\nMandatory experience with Kinaxis .\nAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.\nWhere applicable, suggest process and communication improvements related to metric tracking activities.\nTrack materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.\nPerform daily review of transactions and planning data.\nReceive and maintain accurate client data entry.\nUpdate content lists and item master records.\nAct as the window of communication for client material supply (consigned parts).\nAct as the window of communication for client bulk refurbish service plans.\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications and BAAN system.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skill\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKM09\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
