If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nGeneral Purpose:\nResponsible for analyzing materials, inventory, and operational data to support effective decision-making, improve inventory accuracy and material flow, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nEvaluates data from ERP/MRP and other business systems to support materials, inventory, and operational decision-making.\nDevelops and maintains reports, metrics, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.\nMonitors inventory and material performance identifies risks and trends, and recommends corrective actions.\nInvestigates inventory, transaction, and data discrepancies and supports root-cause analysis and resolution.\nCoordinates with Operations, Planning, Inventory Control, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and support business objectives.\nLeads or participates in cross-functional initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational performance.\nDevelops and continuously improves procedures, standard work, and process documentation.\nTranslates business requirements into reporting, analytics, and process improvement solutions.\nSupports audits, physical inventories, data validation activities, and special projects as required.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nThree or more years of experience in materials management, inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, business analytics, or a related field.\nAdvanced experience using ERP/MRP systems.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and complex formulas.\nDemonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop practical business solutions.\nDemonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information and recommendations to stakeholders.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret business reports, technical procedures, and operational requirements.\nPreferred:\nExperience developing reports, KPIs, dashboards, or business intelligence solutions.\nExperience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization tools, or similar analytics platforms.\nExperience supporting Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, material flow, and manufacturing processes.\nExperience developing work instructions, process documentation, training materials, or knowledge management resources.\nMF15\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
