Together, we’re not just advancing technology - we’re redefining cooling standards to create a more sustainable tomorrow.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr. Mechanical Development Engineer located inLittleton, MA.\nReporting to theProduct Manager the Jr. Mechanical Development Engineer will supports the design, prototyping, testing, and documentation of system-level liquid-cooling hardware. Working under senior technical direction, this early-career engineer gains broad exposure to mechanical design, system integration, testing, and production readiness.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCreate and modify SolidWorks parts, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs.\nSupport the design of brackets, tubing routes, mounts, manifolds, enclosures, and test fixtures.\nIntegrate pumps, radiators, hoses, fittings, sensors, and server hardware.\nApply GD&T and perform tolerance analysis with senior review.\nConduct SolidWorks FEA under appropriate technical guidance.\nAssemble, instrument, and test engineering prototypes.\nSupport pressure, leak, flow, thermal, vibration, and endurance testing.\nAnalyze data and document configurations, results, and design changes.\nParticipate in troubleshooting, teardown, and failure analysis.\nSupport engineering changes, work instructions, supplier activities, and production builds.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent practical experience.\nTypically 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.\nFoundational proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.\nFamiliarity with engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerance analysis, FEA, materials, and manufacturing methods.\nStrong hands-on aptitude and interest in building and testing hardware.\nInternship, co-op, robotics, Formula SAE, aerospace, fluid-system, or similar project experience preferred.\nExposure to PDM/PLM systems or liquid-cooling equipment is beneficial.\nAssigned designs and documentation are accurate and timely.\nPrototypes are assembled and tested safely.\nResults and design changes are clearly documented.\nThe engineer progressively assumes larger, more independent assignments.\nBO18\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
