The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Medical Supervisor located in Guadalajara Campus.\nReporting to the EH&S Manager theMedical Supervisor is responsible for supervising medical staff, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations, managing relationships with external service providers, and coordinating medical services to support employee health and safety programs.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupervise the daily operation of Occupational Health services and medical personnel.\nLead and coordinate a team of approximately 15 healthcare professionals through external providers.\nEnsure compliance with Occupational Health regulations and internal management systems.\nManage occupational health programs and preventive medicine campaigns.\nCoordinate and oversee IMSS procedures, including ST7 cases, occupational risk management, disability follow-up, and risk premium compliance.\nMonitor health-related KPIs and provide periodic reports to leadership.\nManage suppliers and service providers related to medical services.\nControl occupational health documentation and ensure legal compliance.\nCoordinate medical examinations including pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and special assessments.\nParticipate in audits and government inspections involving IMSS, STPS, and other regulatory authorities.\nManage medical supplies, medications, and healthcare service budgets.\nSupport financial and administrative activities, including invoicing and service contract administration.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Occupational Health management systems.\nPromote employee wellness initiatives and occupational health programs.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS/MBA in Occupational Health, Occupational Medicine, or similar.\nProfessional Medical License and Registration (Título y Cédula Profesional) required.\nIntermediate English.\nExperience in Occupational Health within manufacturing environments.\nExperience managing IMSS processes, ST7 cases, occupational risk premiums, and regulatory compliance.\nExperience supervising healthcare personnel and external service providers.\nStrong knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and compliance requirements.\nExperience in metal-mechanical, aerospace, electromechanical, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.\nFinancial and administrative knowledge related to invoicing and vendor management.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nKJ12\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
