You will need to analyze complex business problems in order to solve them by designing systems in order to make them more efficient and providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, improves productivity and quality of systems.\n What a typical day looks like:\n\nRequirement gathering from Customers, Business team, Operations to map Solutions.\nCreate/customize Flexflow to support of new requirements and/or projects (customer requests, site efficiency enhancements, etc)\nInvolve in new customer onboarding with collaboration with various teams.\nStandardize solutions & prepare playbooks / documents for repeatable executions across projects.\nDesign/Implement Flexflow-Baan ERP interfacing, Test equipment interfacing, External customer system interfacing.\nPerform functional & Integration testing of the solution to be implemented\nProvide day-day L2/L3 incident support (Root Cause Analysis, Preventive & Corrective Actions) for Flexflow\nTranslate Business Requirements Documentation into Functional/Technical specifications for Solutions/Development teams\nWhat we're looking to add to our team:\n\nVery strong programming skills.\nStrong Analytic/Problem-Solving skills\nPrior experience with MES/Flexflow design and Operation support.\nStrong command of SQL/MSSQL, SQL reporting services and .NET\nExposure to systems integration/interfacing protocols & concepts\nMust possess Strong Communication & Coordination Skills.\nThe ability to work independently as well as part of a team.\nSS26\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
