Supporting the IT system development projects team for the business, responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nProvide solution to incidents of second and third functional and technical level.\nRecord the occurrence and resolution of support incidents.\nImplementation and registration of permanent solutions to failures in IT services\nTo diagnose quality problems of application data.\nDefine, plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents of known problems by the same source.\nPrioritize and resolve support incidents generated in IT services.\nEnsuring the availability of floor control systems.\nScale and ensure solving problems that cannot be resolved to the service provider.\nInstall and update applications on servers that provide services to manufacturing.\nInstall in production environments software packages stuck to the rules.\nDesign, develop and implement tools that make efficient manufacturing processes of the business.\nDocumenting troubleshooting on a knowledge base.\nExecute proactive tasks to prevent impact on IT systems.\nEnsure proper registration of incidents of systems and their solution\nEnsure stock levels needed for day to day\nEnsure staff attendance needed on site to support day to day\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nProficient in SQL, including writing queries, analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and supporting manufacturing systems.\nExperience working with JSON for system integrations, data interchange, API communications, and application support.\nProviding solutions to incidents on second and third functional technical level.\nDeveloping and communicating action plans for the implementation of permanent solutions to manufacturing problems.\nPlan to authorize and implement changes in floor control systems\nManaging schedules and permits of support engineers’ incidents \nManage and support IT applications and proposal new tools for such purposes.\nPhysical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services\nChange management and continuous improvement\nAdministration and staff resources\nIntermedia/ Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKC10\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
