Join us!\nWe are looking for ambitious individuals, like you, to join our team. \n\nAssembly Operator- 2nd shift\nWork hours are 3:00 pm to 11 pm. \nWork a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch\nPay rate starts at $20.55/ hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment.\nAdditional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift\nEligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment\nAssembly Operator will be responsible for\nLoading components into machine or onto conveyor system\nWill complete production and inspection reports as required. \nMaintain a clean, safe and organized work area\nHourly inspection of parts\nPacking finished product various totes/ bins\n\nRequirements:\nPrefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environment\nHigh attention to detail\nAbility to work both in a team and independently\nPerform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractions\nAbility to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixtures\nAbility to work in a factory environment- standing, bending.
