The CAE is responsible for initiation of new processes and tools utilizing FEA and computer engineering programs and software. customer requirements and expectations for new product design and design improvements.\nProvide FEA support for engineering group by creating FE Models using HyperMesh.\nConduct non-linear crash analysis and correlate to physical testing.\nConduct linear stiffness and durability analysis and correlate to testing. \nConduct model analysis Using LS-Dyna and ABAQUS.\nAdvise and assist with structural improvements.\nResponsible to assist and verify FEA results correlation to physical testing. \nAdvise and assist with physical testing procedures.\nProvide continual improvement of new testing procedures.\nAnalyze and review CAE Data Management.\nResponsible for CAE updates and to be informed with industry trends.\nEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance and procedural standards.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.\n3 years + related work experience in automotive manufacturing environment.\nStrong Knowledge in HyperWorks, LS-Dyna and ABAQUS.\nKnowledge in handling CAD models.\nKnowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).\nAble to review, Interpret and present CAE results in various format.\nKnowledge of metal stamping and welding.\nKnowledge of injection molded plastic components.\nKnowledge of Draw Die Design.\nStrong organizational skills. \nStrong communication skills internally and externally.\nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects. \nMust be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented.\nProficiency with database applications and administration
