With a combination of industry knowledge and individual skill, the technician should bring initiative, ingenuity and integrity to enhance Flex-Ion as a company. \nJob Duties\nSupport Pilot Line operations including mixing, coating, calendaring, punching, laser cutting/slitting and cell assembly.\nThis includes process preparation, operations, data collection, product inspections and change overs.\nProvide daily production support to resolve process upsets and identify improvements that reduce cost, increase capacity, and expand department capability\nAssist in machine and vision programming (if applicable)\nDetermine inefficiencies in current system and provide suggestions for improvements\nConform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions and safety protocol\nEstablish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company’s value\nParticipate in a wide variety of special projects\nCommunicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner\n\nRequirements\nMinimum college or University education in engineering or equivalent.
