Analyze production reports, maintain finished good and WIP inventories, complies daily output, yield and scrap reports.\nParticipate actively and effectively in continuous improvement teams where requested and establish continuous improvement plans related to position responsibilities.\nWork in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the company’s safety rules and regulations.\nMonitors and improves efficiencies of process control by ensuring correct and efficient operation of all manufacturing functions.\nProvides feedback to supervisors and hourly employees regarding expectations, quality concerns and production activities.\nAssists in supervisory training to maintain competence.\nProvides and maintains equipment and processes that are capable of producing products and assemblies, which meet all customer requirements.\nEnsures compliance to procedures, functional performance and acceptability to contractual resolution of grievances and other problems.\nAssists General Manager in forecasting manpower requirements.\nWorks with General Manager to analyze and solve operations-related problems and attends operations-related meetings with other departments.\nCo-ordinates production activities with other departmental activities in Company.\nRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.\nCoordinate regular preventive maintenance on daily equipment and facility such as replacing light bulbs.\n\nBe knowledgeable in the use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.\n\nDetect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.\n\nComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.\n\nInvolved in all aspects of building maintenance requirements for all new construction, renovations or updates to current systems. \n\nCoordinate and monitor contractor activities for projects.\n\nWork with site-wide building maintenance to ensure compliance to any construction, renovation or updates.\n\nUpdate project information and maintain project files.\n\nOrganize drawings and prepare drawing packages to support project activity\n\nSupport department management, project managers and consultants as required\n\nUpdate and maintains information in (Company Name) records systems and department databases\n\nSet priorities for preventative maintenance work orders, maintenance alarms\n\nResponsible for the install, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, and related equipment.\n\nOrganize mechanical and preventative maintenance work on equipment as per preventative maintenance manual, e.g., circulating pumps, air handling systems, and refrigeration etc.\n\nInitiate safety concerns and makes judgment on the best methods of completing tasks.\n\nResponsible for
