manufacturing environment that offered the opportunity to gain a well-rounded background in injection molding.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required\n\nKnowledge of:\nCustomer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.\nProduction processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture.\nPaint processes and tooling, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.\nPaint viscosity in relationship to paint reduction with different types of reducing solvents. \nDesign techniques, tools, and principals involved in production.\n\n Skills:\nUse of computers, preferably in a G.U.I. or PC, Windows-based operating environment\nOrganizing resources and establishing priorities.\nSupport management in implementing short and long-term goals.\nObtain the skills to track production OEE through measuring first time quality, utilization, and efficiency. \nDetermine the kinds of tools and equipment needed to do a job.\n\nAbility to:\nMaintain processes, systems, and procedures with in the paint department.\nCommunicate effectively, orally and in written. \nMaintain systems necessary to collect, to maintain, and analyze data.\nIdentify problems, and help implement solutions. \nMaintain processes that meet production targets and customer quality requirements. \nWork in a team environment.\nLearn/gain knowledge\n\nHealth, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements\nThe ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)\nAbility to work in both a non-climate controlled manufacturing and office environment.\nUpper body mobility is required along with the physical requirements of lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling.\nMust be able to stand 90% of the time with frequent walking.\nLift using one or two hands up to 90 lbs.\nOccasional use of forceful abilities from 1 to 30 pounds during the duration of the
