If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an New Product Development Program Manager located inVirginia Remote.\nReporting to theSr Director, Global Program Management the New Product Development Program Manager is accountable for end-to-end execution of approved new product development programs.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAssume overall program ownership after business case approval and project authorization.\nTranslate the approved business case into an executable program charter, integrated schedule, milestone plan, resource plan, and governance model.\nOwn the program operating rhythm, action tracking, decision log, escalation path, and executive reporting cadence.\nDrive program performance to approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.\nLead cross-functional alignment across product line, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, quality, procurement, operations, finance, commercial, and customer-facing teams.\nManage dependencies between engineering design maturity, supply readiness, manufacturing capability, test readiness, quality planning, and launch milestones.\nEnsure functional leaders understand commitments, risks, decisions needed, and timing impacts.\nIndustrialization and manufacturing interface\nRisk, Issue and change management\nStakeholder and executive communication.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
