Whatatypicaldaylookslike:

• Manages,coordinatesandsupervisesthepreparation andimplementationofnewprojects

• Participatesinthereviewofcustomerquotationsandengineeringdesigns

• Providestechnicalsuppliermanagementasrelatedtoproductdevelopmentandintegration

• Regularinteractionwithcustomersandexecutivesontechnicalissues

• Activeparticipationinthepreparation oftheprocessandproductFMEAplansandControlPlan

• Initiatestechnicalchanges,introduceandtrackscustomerchanges

• ParticipateinLeanandSixSigmaprojectsforcostreduction;findsandimplementsdevelopmentideas

• Revisealternativesandcheckthein-housecomponentforcontinuousproduction

• Makessurethattheproductsaresafeandmaintainhighqualityforthecustomers

• Definetrainingneedsofnewstaff,activelyparticipateininternaltrainings

Theexperiencewe’relookingtoaddtoourteam:

• BSc/MScdegreeinEngineering

• FluentEnglish &Hungarianlanguageknowledge

• Previousexperienceinrelatedfield(manufacturingenvironment)

• Beingfamiliarwithelectricalmanufacturingis anadvantage

• Lean/SixSigmaknowledgeorexperienceis a plus

• Strongabilitytoseethewholepictureandtofocusonimportantdetails
