If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Operation Engineering Manager (SMT)located inSenai, Johor.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResponsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.\n\nManage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.\n\nOversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.\n\nSupervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.\n\nCoordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.\n\nCoordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.\n\nEnsure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.\n\nReport to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.\n\nCoach and mentor Operations team.\n\nLeverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.\n\nImplement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nPossesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.\n\nMinimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required\n\nSkill(s):PCBA, SMT\n\nNS27\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
