The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nThe Operations Program Manager will be based on Flex North. Reporting to the IndustrialSr Director, Global Program Management theOperations Program Manager role manages and oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nInterfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.\nCoordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.\nSupervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints. \nLeading successfully projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment. \nParticipating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables. \nParticipating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives. \nFacilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment. \nEffectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders. \nPreparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes. \nParticipating in lean initiatives.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience in manufacturing operations, production management, program management, or a related field.\nMust have hands-on experience working within production operations, including direct involvement with manufacturing processes, production planning, workforce management, and daily operational execution.\nProven experience leading production teams and driving operational performance in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong background in customer-facing roles, including relationship management, issue resolution, and escalation management.\nExperience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and completion.\nKnowledge of production planning, procurement, engineering change management, and manufacturing processes.\nExperience leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers, operational teams, and senior leadership.\nStrong analytical skills with experience preparing reports, presentations, and business reviews.\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nExperience in EMS, electronics high-volume manufacturing environments\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKC10\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
