If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Training Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to Operations Manager, Operations Training Manager this role involves overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nEntrusted premium partner with managers and supervisors; conduct annual Training Needs Investigation and revise the company training plan to help development and advancement of talent. \nPlan, design, and develop relevant training programs based on renowned approach or methodology. \nDevelop and conduct evaluation of training performance. Create and manage follow-up action plans that reinforce the transfer of business skills from training programs back into the daily work environment. \nManage and advise management on related training and development to meet local needs. \nImplements HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. \nReview and develop Training and Development procedures. \nEnsure good relationship and communication with management team, ensure all training programs match the requirement of organization and work. \nUtilize data and investigate to identify, measure and track effectiveness of training and learning activities. \nResearch past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested. \nDevelop, coordinate, and conduct training plan implementation. \nInitiate corrective actions and continuous improvement process to the training systems, processes, and programs. \nDesign and deliver customized training solutions based on client requests. \nSelects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as unipersonal training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training. \nOrganizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. \nMaintain a good relationship with consulting companies and select suitable external resources. \nMay conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience as Operations training manager.\nStrong experience as leader.\nKnowledge of employee development\nLearning and development certifications.\nKnowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics\nExperience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.\nFlexible working hours availability\nAdvance English.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nOC16\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
