If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Training Specialist located inMilpitas, CA.\nThe Operations Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions for the assigned client group(s) within operations and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDelivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.\nEvaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills to perform job duties.\nMaintains business relationships with management liaisons to ensure feedback on process and results of the training are incorporated into the ongoing curriculum.\nConducts classroom and On-the-Job Training for operators and technicians when the need arises.\nEnsure all operators are trained and certified based on process requirement in a timely manner.\nMonitors and follows-up certification and re-certification activities.\nAlways ensures training system and standard compliance.\nParticipates and performs process/system related training.\nPrepares training packages as and when required by the respective projects.\nTracks and reports information by reviewing employee training records for current licenses, certificates, and renewals, maintaining records of mandatory training, maintaining up to date training files on all safety sensitive personnel, checking all files for up to date medical, and advising employees as needed for training purposes.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.\nTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of training experience.\nPublic speaking experience\nMicrosoft suite experience\nPrevious manufacturing experience\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
