If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [PCB Commodity Analyst] located in [Jiading, Shanghai].\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nInitiate RFQ/RFI for PCB items and get confirmed quotation from vendors within required time and inform data maintenance team to maintain the purchase information in system after approval from GCM. Refresh the pricing approved by GCM to the SPM team once the quotation validity period has expired for NPI projects.\nPCB raw materials:Implement PCB raw material reservation based on NPI project request\nTrack on material status-include raw material arrival time, expiration date \nProvide advance notification before the material reaches its expiration date, enabling the project team to evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.\nDrive supplier improvement actions on material secure, escalate risks to ensure project delivery on time.\nEnsure we have a complete map of supplier tier 2 raw material vendors and if needed tier 3 to understand what influence we can have there for improvements.\n\nMaintain accurate database, analysis data per request\nSupport GCM to collect necessary documents for new vendor set up. \nTrack status of free sample \nOther tasks related to PCB commodity management. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nMinimum Bachelor Degree\n3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing.\nGood English.\nExcellent Communication and negotiation skills.\nGood analytical competence and presentation skills.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nSocial Insurance\nCommercial insurance\nPTO\nTransportation allowance\nAnnual medical check-up\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
