Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nChecking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.\nPreparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.\nMonitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations\nPreparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).\nMonitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.\nPreparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.\nMonitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.\nPreparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.\nGiving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.\nAdvises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.\nMonitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.\nCoordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. \nMay include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.\nCoordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.\nDrives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.\nProvides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.\nRepresents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.\nMay also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree\nExperience working in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.\nIntermediate English level.\nKnowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.\nExperience working with production orders, materials, and inventory management.\nBasic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is preferred.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage customer priorities.\nUnderstanding of electronics manufacturing operations and business processes.\nAdvanced functional and technical skills with the ability to analyze and solve operational issues.\nStrong knowledge of the assigned function and overall business operations.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nOC16\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
