If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, South.\nReporting to the Materials, Director, the Planner Scheduler role will beresponsible of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nChecking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipments etc.), confirmation of the order. \nPreparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group \nMonitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations \nPreparation of long term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast) \nMonitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /Non-consumed demand, planned WO’s. \nPreparing of Clean to build riports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing. \nMonitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences \nPreparing management and CFT specificated reports, monitoring of KPI’s / \nGiving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT. \nAdvises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests. \nMonitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals. \nCoordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs. \nCoordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues. \nDrives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management. \nProvides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. \nRepresents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams. \nMay also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nKnowledge of daily and weekly production planning and OTD tracking.\nGeneration of CTB reports.\nWork order management.\nExperience with ERP systems and material flow.\nKnowledge of BOMs.\nAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.\nAbility to effectively present information and acknowledge to question from groups of managers and customers.\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.\nAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.\nAbility to apply common sense comprehension to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.\nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nMG61\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
