If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nThe Planning Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end planning governance across multiple manufacturing sites and strategic customer programs. This role serves as the central planning focal point between customers, factory planning teams, program management, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and finance organizations.\nThe position oversees planning activities from New Product Introduction (NPI) through Mass Production (MP), ensuring alignment between customer demand, supply capability, material readiness, production execution, inventory strategy, and shipment commitments.\nAs the business continues to expand across multiple customers and global manufacturing sites, this role will play a critical role in establishing standardized planning processes, improving operational visibility, driving risk management, and supporting scalable growth.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Multi-Site Planning Governance\nOwn consolidated supply planning governance across multiple manufacturing sites.\nReview and challenge factory production plans and MPS loading strategies.\nEnsure alignment between customer demand, supply plans, and manufacturing execution.\nDrive planning consistency, process discipline, and execution accuracy across sites.\nCoordinate planning activities among factories supporting the same customer or product family.\n2. NPI & Ramp Planning Management\nLead planning readiness activities for new product introductions.\nDrive supply readiness, material availability, capacity planning, and build schedules.\nMonitor key milestones and identify risks impacting ramp-up timelines.\nCoordinate factory teams to establish executable production plans.\nDevelop contingency and recovery plans for critical supply challenges.\n3. Inventory Planning & Optimization\nMonitor inventory performance across factories, hubs, and supply chain networks.\nTrack inventory health through key metrics including:Inventory Turnover (ITO)\nInventory On Hand (IOH)\nExcess & Obsolete (E&O)\nAging Inventory\nHub Inventory Coverage\nFinished Goods Inventory\n\nDrive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining customer service levels.\nSupport quarterly cash-flow and inventory reduction objectives.\n4. Supply Risk Management\nIdentify and proactively manage supply chain risks.\nMonitor material shortages, capacity constraints, supplier issues, and schedule risks.\nDevelop mitigation strategies and recovery plans.\nEscalate critical risks and provide executive-level visibility.\nDrive cross-functional resolution of supply and planning issues.\n5. Planning Analytics & Business Reporting\nDevelop and maintain planning dashboards and KPI reporting.\nAnalyze:Supply Attainment\nForecast Accuracy\nBuild Plan Execution\nDelivery Performance\nCapacity Utilization\nInventory Performance\n\nProvide actionable business insights to leadership teams and customers.\n6. Process Excellence & Scalability\nStandardize planning processes across manufacturing sites.\nEstablish governance mechanisms and best practices.\nDrive automation and operational efficiency improvements.\nSupport onboarding of new factories, customers, and business programs.\nContribute to long-term planning organization development.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree or above in Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Demand Planning, or Operations Planning.\nExperience supporting both NPI and Mass Production environments.\nStrong experience managing planning activities across multiple manufacturing sites.\nEMS, Electronics Manufacturing, Server, Data Center, Networking, or High-Tech industry experience, Power related experience preferred.\nCustomer-facing planning experience is highly desirable.\nCore Competencies\n1.
