If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Development Engineering Manager located in Prai, Penang.\nThe Process Development Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nManage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.\nEstablish and improve process capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation.\nManage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.\nWork with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.\nImprove throughput in constrained areas.\nDevelop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.\nPartner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.\nCoordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.\nImplement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
