If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, South Campus.\nThe Process Engineer role involves in charge of process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nTracking of metrics for downtime (TML) and scrap.\nClient meetings. \nNew Product Introduction (NPI) reviews.\nProduction line monitoring.\n Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product \nDefine, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability. \nHave the capability to singly or with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process \nHigh level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues \nPrepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production. \nHold up and oversee new process equipment production. \nHold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs). \nEstablish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters \nDevelop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies. \nTrouble shoot process related issues. \nParticipate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements. \nEvaluate and select various engineered materials. \nImplement statistical process research on new and existing products. \nImplement safety, productivity and make improvements. \nImprove manufacturing techniques and through put. \nProvide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and gives in. \nDevelop and maintain process documentation. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or higher\nStrong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing (SMT & PTH)\nExperience with mechanical assemblies and electronic assemblies integrated into housings/racks\nProcess and tooling design experience\nExperience in Conformal Coating is mandatory.\nDesign of solder paste printing stencils\nDevelopment of reflow oven profiles\nDesign of wave solder pallets and wave solder profiles\nExperience working in Cross Functional Teams (CFTs)\nExperience working in NPI projects\nStrong problem-solving skills using 5 Why's, Ishikawa, DMAIC, PDCA, and 8D methodologies\nConversational English proficiency, with the ability to confidently present DFMs, diagrams, action items, and presentations to clients.\nIntermediate Microsoft Office skills\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nGM13\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
