If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nWe are looking for a new Process Engineer employee to be based in Lodz\nSummary:\nThis new employee will be in charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes.\nSupport production lines in solving process and technical issues.\nAnalyze production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nPrepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions and technical standards.\nSupport introduction of new products, processes and equipment into production.\nParticipate in continuous improvement activities focused on quality, productivity, efficiency and cost reduction.\nDefine process requirements and support implementation or modification of production equipment and tooling.\nSupport implementation, operation and continuous improvement of collaborative robot (cobot) applications in production processes.\nSupport implementation and operation of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs/AGVs) and other automated material transport solutions.\nTroubleshoot robotic and automated transport applications in cooperation with Automation, Maintenance, Production and external suppliers.\nCooperate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation and other engineering functions.\nAnalyze process data and production performance to identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport technical and automation projects from concept through implementation.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTechnical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, production engineering, automation or mechatronics.\nEngineering mindset and some relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.\nPractical approach to problem solving and willingness to work directly with production processes and equipment.\nAbility to analyze problems, identify root causes, propose practical solutions and also to organize own work and manage several technical topics simultaneously.\nGood computer skills and ability to work with technical documentation and production data.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nWillingness to learn and develop within the Process Engineering area.\nFluent Polish and at least intermediate English language knowledge that allows communication in an international working environment.\nEligibility to work in Poland.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging work in an experienced and well-coordinated team\nSubstantive support during the adaptation process\nParticipation in international projects and cooperation with high-class specialists\nAccess to modern technologies\nDevelopment opportunities through co-financing for studies or foreign language learning\nSports cards and free access to the gym on the company's premises\nPrivate medical care\nClear promotion criteria\nEmployment contract\nLocation: Lodz (Poland)\nTK43\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
