Together, we’re not just advancing technology - we’re redefining cooling standards to create a more sustainable tomorrow.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located inLittleton, MA.\nReporting to theSr Director, Operations the Process Engineer will help develop and improve the manufacturing processes behind our next generation of cooling technology. You’ll work alongside our engineering, design, quality, and supply chain teams, as well as external manufacturing partners, to help bring innovative products from development into production. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact at a fast-moving technology startup. You’ll get hands-on experience across product development, manufacturing processes, supplier development, tooling, and production ramp-up while working on products supporting some of today’s fastest-growing industries including aerospace, electric vehicles, and data centers.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupport the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new and existing cooling products.\nWork with internal engineering teams and external manufacturing partners to identify manufacturing requirements and design-for-manufacturing opportunities.\nDevelop, document, and improve assembly, test, and manufacturing processes.\nSupport tooling and fixture development and work with suppliers to implement improvements.\nBalance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.\nCollaborate with design engineers to identify manufacturing challenges early in the product development process.\nHelp evaluate and qualify suppliers based on their capabilities, quality, processes, equipment, and ability to support JETCOOL products\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, product development, or a related field.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills using various engineering principles.\nAbility to work independently while knowing when to ask questions and brings others into a problem.\nComfortable adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced startup culture.\nExperience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.\nU.S. Citizenship is required\nProfessional history working with contract manufacturers or external fabrication partners.\nTechnical proficiency in production of designs involving precision components\nExperience in production of high reliability and performance network products\nHands-on knowledge with one or more of the following, leak testing, assembly automation and tooling and fixture development\nWork history with fluid-handling hardware such as fittings, tubing, seals, or gaskets.\nStrong familiarity with manufacturing quality, supply chain, logistics, or production operations.\nAwareness of challenges in operations, logistics, quality assurance, and supply chain management.\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline.\nBO18\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
