If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to theProduction Manager, the Process Engineer role involves process engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements to sustain a manufacturing organization.\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nParticipation in the daily production activities of NPI and Mass production.\nEngineering Change Implementation Support (ECO).\nDevelop, apply and own process control methodologies.\nTroubleshoot process related problems.\nParticipate in cycle time and process improvement related activities.\nApply statistical process research on new and existing products.\nApply safety, productivity and yield improvements.\nContinually develop manufacturing techniques that improve internal capabilities and performance.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation.\nInterface with production on all activities associated with the implementation and transfer of new processes.\nAssist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during the transfer of new and sustaining products.\nGuide cost improvement/reduction programs.\nDirect contact with the client.\nFixture and poka-yokes design.\nThe experience we are looking for to add to our team:\nEngineering or bachelor’s degree completed.\nPrevious experience in similar positions (metalworking industry).\nConversational English.\nNPI and Mass production experience.\nIPC knowledge.\nKnowledge in assembly processes (End to End).\nGreen Belt or Yellow Belt certification as a plus.\nMini Tab knowledge as a plus.\nIATF knowledge as a plus.\nPPAP process as a plus.\nSolidWorks knowledge.\nWhat you will receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive salary.\nMedical and life insurance.\nChristmas bonus.\nFood vouchers.\nSavings Fund.\nYG20\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
