Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer, located in Austin, TX

Reporting to the manager this hands-on engineer(who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving automated processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results) would help to drive process optimization, automation, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production challenges, implement automation solutions, and support new equipment and technology deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT, and Engineering to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

What a typical day looks like:

• Optimize and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation systems.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Support equipment installation, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and process transfers.
• Develop work instructions, process documentation, and maintenance procedures
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve equipment uptime, process capability, cycle time, and overall operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and best practices.
• Support with mentoring other junior Engineer's on the team
• Provide technical training and support to manufacturing personnel.
• Guide cost improvement/reduction programs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and root cause analysis
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, and process validation.
• Proven track record of driving productivity, quality, and cost improvement projects.
