If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer, located in Austin, TX\nReporting to the manager this hands-on engineer(who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving automated processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results) would help to drive process optimization, automation, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nIn this role, you will lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production challenges, implement automation solutions, and support new equipment and technology deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT, and Engineering to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOptimize and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation systems.\nLead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.\nSupport equipment installation, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and process transfers.\nDevelop work instructions, process documentation, and maintenance procedures\nDrive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nImprove equipment uptime, process capability, cycle time, and overall operational efficiency.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and best practices.\nSupport with mentoring other junior Engineer's on the team \nProvide technical training and support to manufacturing personnel.\nGuide cost improvement/reduction programs.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nExperience in manufacturing, automation, process engineering, or industrial engineering.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and root cause analysis\nExperience with automated equipment, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, and process validation.\nProven track record of driving productivity, quality, and cost improvement projects.\nSD20\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
