If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob Description\nSummary:\nThe Process Engineer will be based in Flex GDL South, reporting to Process Engineering Manager.\nResponsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance. Drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports new product introductions (NPI), and ensures process stability across production operations.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, validate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and production systems.\nAnalyze and resolve process-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nEstablish and maintain robust process parameters, controls, and process documentation.\nSupport daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, delivery, and yield targets.\nLead process improvement projects focused on cycle time reduction, waste elimination, cost savings, and capacity optimization.\nSupport NPI activities, process transfers, engineering changes (ECOs), and implementation of new technologies.\nEvaluate, justify, and implement capital equipment, tooling, and manufacturing technologies.\nApply statistical analysis and process control methodologies to improve process capability and product quality.\nCollaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Test, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational excellence.\nDevelop training materials and provide technical guidance to production personnel.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and customer requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.\nExperience as Process Engineering in electronics manufacturing or a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting production, process optimization, NPI, and continuous improvement projects.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.\nExperience with process validation, process capability studies, and documentation control.\nKnowledge of SMT, PCBA, assembly processes, automation, or related manufacturing technologies is preferred.\nExperience with ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to lead cross-functional projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nJM54\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
