If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer, located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nResponsible for the design, development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing tooling and machining processes supporting electronics and mechanical manufacturing operations. This position requires strong technical knowledge in CNC machining, CAD/CAM systems, material selection, fixture design, and manufacturing process optimization to support production, NPI, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDesign and develop manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and production aids from concept through production release.\nCreate and modify CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation.\nGenerate and optimize CAM programs for CNC machining operations.\nSupport machining processes including milling, turning, drilling, routing, and secondary operations.\nEvaluate and select materials based on mechanical properties, manufacturability, durability, cost, and application requirements.\nLead process validation and qualification activities for new tooling and manufacturing processes.\nConduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) reviews.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, preventive maintenance plans, and tooling specifications.\nInterface with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Automation, Production, and Suppliers during development and implementation phases.\nSupport root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for tooling and process-related issues.\nIdentify and execute cost reduction, productivity, quality, and capacity improvement projects.\nSupport NPI builds, prototype tooling development, and production transfers.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, ergonomic, and environmental requirements.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in related field.\nCNC Milling (3, 4 & 5 Axis)\nCNC Turning\nTool Selection & Cutting Parameters\nGD&T Interpretation\nCNC Program Generation & Optimization\nCAD/CAM (SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, Creo, Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX CAM)\nFixture, Tooling & Jigs Design\nManufacturing Process Optimization\nMaterials Engineering & Material Selection\nTolerance Stack-Up Analysis\nLean Manufacturing\nSPC\nPFMEA\nProcess Validation\nRoot Cause Analysis\nContinuous Improvement\nAutomation, Vision Systems & Robotics\nPLC-Controlled Equipment\nSMT, Wave Solder & EMS Manufacturing\nNPI Support\nProject Management\nMechanical Design\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAnalytical Problem Solving\nEnglish Communication Skills\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund\nLife Insurance\nCV19\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
