If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process engineer located on Flex Guadalajara.\nReporting to the Director, Process Engineering theProcess engineer this role is In charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nRecognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product.\nDefine, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.\nHave the capability to singly or with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.\nHigh level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.\nPrepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.\nHold up and oversee new process equipment production.\nHold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).\nEstablish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.\nDevelop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies.\nTrouble shoot process related issues.\nParticipate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.\nEvaluate and select various engineered materials.\nImplement statistical process research on new and existing products.\nImplement safety, productivity and give in improvements.\nImprove manufacturing techniques and through put.\nProvide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and gives in.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation.\nReview processing methods.\nInterface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.\nAssist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.\nProvide equipment maintenance and repair hold up as required.\nGuide cost improvement/reduction programs.\nInterface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.\nAssist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.\nProvide equipment maintenance and repair hold up as required.\nGuide cost improvement/reduction programs.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment (internships, co-ops, or entry-level engineering experience may be considered).\nBasic understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and process improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.\nUnderstanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process monitoring tools.\nAbility to analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for improvement.\nExperience supporting new product introductions (NPI) or process transfers is a plus.\nBasic knowledge of engineering change processes (ECO/ECR).\nAbility to develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and engineering data analysis tools.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nEnglish proficiency (written and verbal).\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary. \nLife & Medical insurance. \nChristmas Bonus. \nFood Coupons. \nSaving Fund. \nKC10\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
