If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nJob Description\nTo contribute to our efforts and support the teams that build great products, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer-SMT Technical Lead, located at Guadalajara North Campus.\nReporting to the Process Manager, this role is responsible for supervising critical SMT processes, ensuring the correct execution of production plans, and leading the technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nExtensive knowledge of the SMT process and its qualification• \nAnalysis of the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product• \nDefine, implement, and evaluate processes and tooling• \nHave the capability to identify root causes of failures• \nHigh level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues• \nPrepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production• \nSupport the generation and introduction of engineering changes (ECOs)• \nEstablish robust, and reproducible process or method• \nDevelop, implement, and take ownership of process control methodologies• \nTroubleshooting process related issues• \nEvaluate and select materials• \nImplement statistical process analysis• \nProductivity and yield improvements• \nImprove manufacturing techniques and through put• \nDevelop and maintain process documentation• \n Training assists during new processes or technologies• \n Provide training support during the implementation of new processes or technologies.• \n Develop cost-reduction proposals• \nAnalyzing reliability tests such as: X-section, Dye and Pry, C3, and strain gaugeInterpretation of DFM studies and associated risk analysis\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nEngineering degree\nPrevius experience as a Process Engineer\nExperience in SMT, PTH, and Backend processes, SPI, edge bonding, and smart torque system\nKnowledge of stencil design, reflow profiling, tooling/fixture design, and pallet validation.\nFamiliarity with IPC-A-610, CPK calculations, CAD/Gerber files, and MS Office.\nPrevious experience supervising and developing technical staff.\nSchedule availability.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nHS115\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
