If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process engineer located on Flex Guadalajara.\nReporting to the Process Engineering Manager theProcess engineer this role is responsible for supervising critical SMT processes, ensuring the correct execution of production plans, and leading the technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupervise SMT Technician activities.\nDevelop and optimize SMT process programs and machine setups to ensure product quality, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency.\nPerform CPK calculations and process capability analysis using SPI data.\nSet up profiling boards and generate thermal profiles for reflow ovens.\nCreate and maintain Work Instructions and process documentation.\nValidate manufacturing tooling, including fixtures and stencils.\nConduct failure analysis and process mapping to identify root causes and improve yields.\nSupport and lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and productivity.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in SMT manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of SMT processes, including SPI, stencil printing, pick-and-place, reflow, and assembly operations.\nKnowledge of process capability analysis (CPK) and statistical process control concepts.\nExperience creating work instructions and manufacturing documentation.\nBasic troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.\nUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen).\nAbility to work effectively with technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary. \nLife & Medical insurance. \nChristmas Bonus. \nFood Coupons. \nSaving Fund. \nKC10\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
