If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a SMT Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Process Engineer Manager, this role is responsible for supervising critical SMT processes, ensuring the correct execution of production plans, and leading the technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupervise technical activities in SMT processes and coordinate the team.\nDevelop and optimize programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and Press Fit equipment.\nAnalyze and validate stencils; perform SPI debug and P&P failure analysis.\nDevelop reflow profiles as well as instrumentation of profiling boards. \nCreate procedures, visual aids, and technical presentations.\nPerform capacity calculations, rates per station and identify bottlenecks in the process.\nDocument and implement continuous improvement actions and Kaizen events.\nShould be able to troubleshoot PCB Assembly process issues.\nHigh level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.\nExperience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience in SMT, PTH, and Backend processes, SPI, edge bonding, and smart torque system\nKnowledge of stencil design, reflow profiling, tooling/fixture design, and pallet validation.\nFamiliarity with IPC-A-610, CPK calculations, CAD/Gerber files, and MS Office.\nPrevious experience supervising and developing technical personnel.\nExperience with production control systems (serial control, flows, traceability).\nSchedule availability.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nSC69\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
