If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Process Engineering Manager (Repairs) located in Guadalajara, North, Mexico.\nReporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering Process Engineering Manager (Repairs)r this role involves overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nRecognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product \nDefine, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability. \nHave the capability to singly or with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process \nHigh level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues \nPrepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production. \nHold up and oversee new process equipment production. \nHold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs). \nEstablish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters \nDevelop, implement and take ownership of process controlmethodologies. \nTrouble shoot process related issues. \nParticipate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements. \nEvaluate and select various engineered materials. \nImplement statistical process research on new and existing products. \nImplement safety, productivity and give in improvements. \nImprove manufacturing techniques and through put. \nProvide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and gives in. \nDevelop and maintain process documentation. \nReview processing methods. \nInterface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer. \nAssist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer. \nProvide equipment maintenance and repair hold up as required. \nGuide costimprovement/reductionprograms. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.\n\nEnglish advanced.\n\nExperience in repairs: PTH, BGAs /ASIC and Pads\n\nKnowledge in IPC7711/7721, IPC610 y JEDECS.\n\nCritical repairs experience\n\nFull experience with material disposition\n\nFailure modes analysis with diagnosis to provide feedback to the process.\n\nAbility to supervise staff across all three shifts.\n\nDefinition of shift metrics for repair and rework areas.\n\nPrevious experience in similar roles (Electronics Industry).\n\nExperience in NPI and Mass Production.\n\nKnowledge of control and fix systems.\n\nIPC knowledge.\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\n\nLife & Medical insurance.\n\nChristmas Bonus.\n\nFood Coupons.\n\nSaving Fund.\n\nCP68\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
