If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Austin, TX.\nReporting to the Manufacturing Engineer the Process Engineering Technician will be responsible for keeping the production line running.\nShift - 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:15am (Sunday-Thursday)\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nPerforms set-up of processing equipment.\nMonitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.\nProcesses test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.\nProvides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.\nLine change configuration.\nPerforms corrective maintenance.\nFollows escalation procedures.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team\nAssociate degree, vocational or technical training, or equivalent experience.\n1+ years of related experience in Manufacturing.\nDemonstrates functional and/or process knowledge and participates in process.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.\nLeadership experience\nAutomated equipment work (Preferred)\nPCBA/SMT (preferred)\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
